As a Product Designer at RankFlow, you’ll help define and elevate the product experience through user research, wireframes, prototypes, and polished design systems. Your work will directly impact how our users interact with our solutions and how we stand out in the market.

From mapping out journeys to delivering final UI assets, you’ll be involved in every phase of the design process. We value designers who combine strategy and craft — who think in systems, not just screens.

• 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished visual design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job responsibilities:

As a Product Designer at RankFlow, you will lead the end-to-end design process for both web and mobile platforms — from early research and ideation to final implementation. You'll conduct user research to understand pain points, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and identify key UX opportunities. These insights will guide you as you transform complex requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design direction.

Your high-fidelity UI designs will align with both our brand identity and evolving product goals, ensuring consistency and clarity across every touchpoint. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and deliver features that not only function well but feel intuitive and engaging to users. Additionally, you’ll help maintain and enhance our internal design system, contributing to a scalable and cohesive design language across all products.
